•⁠ ⁠Pro-Touch Detailing operate both mobile and unit based detailing solutions.
•⁠ ⁠We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power and an outside water tap.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We cannot work in pay and display car parks.
•⁠ ⁠⁠If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first to discuss prior to booking in.
•⁠ ⁠⁠All multi-day detail bookings must be carried out at our secure unit.

•⁠ ⁠All multi-day detail bookings are deposit-based, a booking is not confirmed until a 25% deposit has been paid.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Deposits are paid direct to Pro-Touch Detailing via bank transfer.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
•⁠ ⁠⁠If however, we have to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident outside of our control, including poor weather, it will be within 14 days of the original booking.
•⁠ ⁠⁠If not, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
•⁠ ⁠⁠If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood that we were not made aware of during the initial booking process, additional charges WILL apply.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We advise if you have any of the above, to send extensive pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair quotation.
•⁠ ⁠⁠If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.

•⁠ ⁠Upon completion of any work, an invoice will be sent to the email address which you will have supplied during booking.
•⁠ ⁠⁠A payment reminder will be sent 24 hours after job completion.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Failure to pay within the 7 day payment terms will result in legal action being taken.
